HAPPY LABOR DAY!!!

Fall is FINALLY almost upon us! We are starting to have more cool, crisp mornings, which has been a welcome change considering the heat we endured this summer!

This summer was fantastic, if not a little short! We spent two weeks at the beach with Andy's parents and Sarah LOVED it! It made my heart smile to see her happily playing in the sand and ocean! This was the first year she truly enjoyed the beach and we spent many hours playing there (and in the swimming pool!).

Michelle finished her Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction July 17! Woo hoo! It was a long year of hard work but it has been totally worth it! Now she's settling in to her new routine of not having any homework or projects to complete! Now, maybe our house will get organized!

Andy is in the throws of marching band and so far is having a fantastic season! The kids are working hard and the show is amazing! Head over to Sprayberry for a home game one Friday night and check them out!

Sarah is LOVING private pre-k with Ms. Kathleen and all of her friends. She's also involved with Tumblebus, Music Class, Playball and Ballet/Tap!

While our summer was cut short we are very excited in that we have a FALL BREAK in September! Therefore, the whole Esserwein Crew are headed to Disney for a few days. I don't know who's more excited....Sarah....us....or Andy's parents! We're staying at the Wilderness Lodge and can't wait! I'll be sure to post pics when we return!

Another exciting piece of news is that Andy's parents have moved in down the street from us! Their house in East Cobb is still for sale so if you know anyone who wants to live in the Pope High School district, check out their house! Sarah is thrilled her grandparents are just down the street and we have already had several meals together! Spending time with our family is what life is all about so let the good times roll!

We hope all of our dear family and friends have a wonderful FALL! Enjoy those football games, fall festivals and time spent with family!
